Chairman & Chief Executive OfficerMr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of targeted high-value sales and marketing data, customer and market intelligence and innovative digital engagement solutions. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup and a member of its Audit Committee since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman after becoming an Executive Advisor and Operating Executive at CCMP Capital.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Financial OfficerJohn Mills is Infogroup's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mills comes to Infogroup from Sabre Holdings, a global travel technology company, where he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer. In this role, he managed their global treasury operations, led critical capital markets transactions, and executed M&A deals. Prior to this role, Mr. Mills held numerous financial roles at Sabre, including Chief Financial Officer of Travelocity, and has gained extensive global experience in planning and budgeting, strategic partnerships, investment analysis and financial operations. In addition to Sabre, Mr. Mills has worked at Atlantic Richfield Corporation and Shell Oil Company.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Rice University and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing from the University of Texas.

General CounselRobert Weathersby is Infogroup’s General Counsel. As General Counsel, Mr. Weathersby manages the legal function of Infogroup by leading and overseeing all legal initiatives and actions as well as providing senior management with advice on strategy and implementation.
Profiled last year by ALM’s Business & Commercial Law Journal as one of Texas’ “Top Rated Lawyers,” Weathersby brings over 25 years of business litigation experience to Infogroup. Prior to joining Infogroup, Weathersby was a partner at Andrews Kurth LLP, an international law firm that is the 8th largest in Texas. As a Partner, he represented a varied clientele of both public and private companies in technology, computer hardware, financial services, oil, healthcare and wireless providers. He has extensive experience in civil jury and non-jury trials, appeals in state and federal courts as well as commercial and tort litigation. Weathersby has also prosecuted and responded to appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
On a full athletic scholarship, he earned a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance as well as his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University. He is a published author and in 2011, he was honored with an induction into the Athens Athletic Hall of fame.

Chief Data OfficerMatt Graves is Infogroup’s Chief Data Officer. He oversees all data assets of the company including data operations, data platform, and the expanding capabilities around the Infogroup Data Axle ™, which connects information hubs across proprietary and third party data sources.
Mr. Graves has been with Infogroup for over 5 years in senior roles within Infogroup Data, Corporate Strategy, Sales and Sales Operations. He was instrumental in streamlining and establishing the quality and accuracy of Infogroup’s data verification process.
Before joining Infogroup, he worked at PayPal in various leadership positions where he was responsible for ensuring prioritization and delivery of ROI for all global operations projects. He led the global expansion organization focused on setting up operations centers in emerging markets. He also managed international product support teams with operations in Shanghai, Philippines, Dublin, and Vancouver.
Prior to PayPal, he worked as a management consultant and program manager for Ebay Inc., Comcast and Fujitsu to implement global projects and operation centers worldwide.
Mr. Graves holds a bachelors degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Regis University.

Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise TechnologyPurandar Das serves as the Chief Technical Officer for Enterprise Technology at Infogroup, the leading provider of high-value data and multichannel marketing solutions. He is responsible for the development and implementation of Infogroup’s marketing technology, solution innovation strategy and its roadmap for technology architecture. In this capacity he collaborates with Infogroup’s product teams to design and develop technologies that enhance the company’s high-value data and data as a service offerings.
Mr. Das brings with him a deep expertise in crafting innovative technology solutions aligned with the business goals of enterprise level clients. He has extensive experience creating solutions for Big Data— making them actionable in multichannel marketing environments. He brings this talent to Infogroup, driving the innovative technological development and infrastructure of the company.
Prior to Infogroup, Mr. Das was Chief Technology Officer at MobileMessenger, where he was responsible for architecting technology solutions to align with the company’s business goals. Previous to MobileMessenger, he was Chief Technology Officer of Epsilon Digital Solutions after his work as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Database Services at Epsilon.
Mr. Das has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in India.

Chief Technology Officer, Data Axle™Devang Kothari is the Chief Technology Officer for the Data Axle™. He oversees all technical aspects of the Data Axle™ platform from the development of its features to server operations and performance.
The Data AxleTM connects information hubs in a real-time architecture where each hub, regardless of proprietary or third party data source, can be leveraged into applications. By utilizing the Data AxleTM, clients of Infogroup can manage their assets more effectively, tying together the right variety of data elements at the right time.
Prior to joining Infogroup, Mr. Kothari was one of the original founders of GoTime Corporation where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, he was the lead architect and developer of the GoTime Content Platform where he built a number of systems including: a distributed crawling system, versioning system, CMS, call center, data pipeline and data processing. In addition to this, he drove cloud migration, Chef migration, and storage and server management for all GoTime websites. Since Infogroup’s acquisition of GoTime in 2012, he has played a major role in driving the integration of this leading edge technology into the Data Axle™ and across the business.
Prior to co-founding GoTime, Mr. Kothari worked as an associate and consultant for J.P. Morgan in Identity and Access Management and for Ernst & Young for their Security and Technology Solutions.
Mr. Kothari received a B.S. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Senior Vice President, Human ResourcesEd McCormick is Infogroup’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s human capital strategy as well as the leadership of both the Human Resources and Facilities functions. Mr. McCormick, in partnership with key business leaders, develops and implements strategic facilities and people initiatives that help Infogroup achieve shareholder value.
From 2009 to 2012, Mr. McCormick was SVP of Human Resources for Mobile Messenger. In this position, he helped the company become a dominant mobile technology player in North America by managing initiatives in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Before his time at Mobile Messenger, Mr. McCormick led the HR function at Epsilon, a marketing and technology business with operations in North America, Asia, and Europe. His experience prior to Epsilon includes leadership roles at Alliance Data, AT&T, Acuity Brands, Frito-Lay, and Kraft Foods.
Mr. McCormick attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on a baseball scholarship where he earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Vice President, Corporate CommunicationsAs Vice President of Corporate Communications, Mercy Ruiz-Lugo leads and develops the communication strategy for the company, coordinating across all of the businesses. This includes public relations, media relations and the internal communication strategy.Mrs. Ruiz-Lugo came to Infogroup from the Global Agile Working team at Unilever, where she focused on vitality initiatives for North America and promoting Unilever’s Agile Working program globally. Prior to Unilever, she has had a variety of experiences in program development, management, research, education, marketing and public relations for both non-profit and for profit companies such as Wyeth (now Pfizer), Champion Access, and Bright Horizons.Mrs. Ruiz-Lugo has an EdM from Harvard University and received her B.A. in English and Education from Barnard College. -
President, Yesmail InteractiveAs President, Yesmail Interactive, Mr. Fisher leverages his experiences to spearhead the continued innovation and leadership of Yesmail’s email, mobile and social marketing applications. He is also responsible for leveraging Yesmail Interactive’s digital capabilities together with Infogroup’s data and interactive marketing capabilities to conceive and deploy integrated multichannel solutions to deliver outsized results for Infogroup clients.
Previously, Mr. Fisher was SVP Sales and Marketing, Americas for Alterian Software from 2008 to 2011 where he successfully built and managed the company’s North American sales team and during his tenure increased sales by more than 40% annually. Before Alterian, Mr. Fisher was at Epsilon as Vice President and General Manager, Financial Services where he developed and delivered integrated data and marketing solutions to clients in the financial services vertical. Mr. Fisher also worked at DoubleClick and Unisys Corporation.
Mr. Fisher has a Masters of Arts, Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and BS, Communication from Illinois State University.

President, Infogroup Targeting SolutionsMr. Patrick leads Infogroup Targeting Solutions, the Enterprise division of Infogroup. He is responsible for product, marketing, go-to-market strategy, client account management, service delivery, technology and business P&L for Infogroup Targeting Solutions. He is also responsible for ITS Sales, Sales Strategy, Operations and Infogroup Services.
Mr. Patrick previously served as Senior Vice President – Managed Services at Alterian from April 2010 to August 2011. Prior to that, he was with Merkle from 1997-2010, most recently as the company’s Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Mr. Patrick has served as Vice President at JP Morgan.
Mr. Patrick holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

President, Small and Medium BusinessAmit Khanna is the President of Small and Medium Business at Infogroup. Mr. Khanna came to Infogroup from Reachable, a leading provider of social CRM solutions, where he was the Chief Data Officer. Prior to joining Reachable, Khanna worked for over 10 years at Infogroup where he held several leadership roles, including President of Strategy and Planning and President of Database Licensing. In these roles, he was responsible for driving revenue for a large portion of the company and developed strong strategic licensing relationships that are still in place. He also led two of the company’s successful Software-as-a-Service products, InfoUSA and Salesgenie.
Mr. Khanna has a Masters in Computer Science from Creighton University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

President, Infogroup Data LicensingJeff Khadavi is President, Infogroup Data Licensing. In this role, he identifies licensing and acquisition opportunities for a number of sectors including search, navigation, mobile, direct marketing and geographic information systems. Mr. Khadavi was the former CEO and Co-founder of GoTime Corporation, which Infogroup acquired in February 2012. Utilizing the cutting-edge technologies from GoTime Corporation, Infogroup has developed and launched the Data Axle™, which is the cornerstone of its real-time data and central to solutions across the business.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Khadavi was Vice President of Business Development on the Data Axle™ team. In this role, he worked to identify licensing and acquisition opportunities for High Value Data sets. Prior to launching GoTime, Mr. Khadavi was an associate at Centerline Capital Group, where he co-originated over $100MM of real estate loans and managed transaction execution.
Previous to Centerline, Mr. Khadavi was an investment banker with Wachovia Securities in its leveraged finance group where he worked on syndicated senior debt transactions for corporate clients and financial sponsors to support leveraged buyouts and acquisitions in various industries.
Mr. Khadavi graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University with concentrations in finance and international business.
