Steve Cone is Executive Vice President of AARP and formerly Chief Marketing Officer of Epsilon. He has served on Infogroup's Board of Directors since July 2010.
Over his 35-year career as an innovator of direct and digital marketing technique, Mr. Cone has developed highly successful marketing campaigns for such companies as Citigroup, American Express, Fidelity, Apple and United Airlines. He is also the author of numerous books on marketing including Steal These Ideas and Words That Sell Brands, Grip Fans & Sometimes Change History.
Jarvis Hollingsworth is a Partner at Bracewell & Guiliani and has served on Infogroup's Board of Directors since July 2010. He is also a board member of the University of Houston System Board of Regents, and a former board member of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas Pension Fund and Houston Bar Foundation.
Mr. Hollingsworth holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is President and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of targeted high-value sales and marketing data, customer and market intelligence and innovative digital engagement solutions. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup and a member of its Audit Committee since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman after becoming an Executive Advisor and Operating Executive at CCMP Capital.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Steven Lightman was named President and CEO of Boston Apparel Group January 2011. Boston Apparel Group consists of Chadwicks, Metro Style and Casual Living direct mail catalogs.
Lightman was named President and CEO of Arizona Mail Order (AMO) in September 2008 after it was purchased by Orchard Brands, Inc from Charming Shoppes Inc. In October 2008 Steven was promoted to Value Brands Group President in which he was responsible for the Haband, Blair and Arizona Mail Order Divisions. He left the company in July 2010.
Lightman has been involved in the direct marketing industry for more than 20 years. Prior to direct marketing, Lightman was in the restaurant and bar business, and also worked at Travelers Insurance Company as an internal auditor.
Lightman received his BS and BA degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
Steve Murray is President and Chief Executive Officer of CCMP Capital and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Mr. Murray focuses on investments in consumer, retail and services, financial services and healthcare and began serving on Infogroup's Board of Directors in July 2010.
Prior to joining CCMP in 1989, Mr. Murray was a Vice President with the Middle-Market Lending Division of Manufacturers Hanover.
Mr. Murray holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of AMC Entertainment, ARAMARK Corporation, CareMore Medical Enterprises, Chefs' Warehouse, Crestcom, Generac Power Systems, Hanley Wood, Jetro Holdings, LHP Hospital Group, Noble Environmental Power, Octagon Credit Investors, Quiznos Sub, Strongwood Insurance and Warner Chilcott.
Bob Myers is a Partner at McCarthy Capital and has served on Infogroup's Board of Directors since July 2010.
Mr. Myers joined McCarthy Capital in 2006. He previously spent 30 years in senior executive roles at First Data Corporation (FDC), Western Union (an affiliate of FDC) including serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Western Union, and commercial banking.
He is a lead portfolio manager/director for AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, LLC, Guild Mortgage Company, LLC and MarketSphere Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Myers received his B.S. and MBA from the University of Kansas.
Kevin O'Brien is a Managing Director of CCMP Capital and a member of the firm's Investment Committee and Infogroup's board of directors. Mr. O'Brien focuses on making investments in the consumer, retail and services, media, and healthcare sectors and has been responsible for CCMP's investments in CareMore Medical Enterprises, KRATON Polymers, La Petite Academy, LHP Hospital Group, National Surgical Care, National Waterworks, and Pinnacle Foods Group. In addition, Mr. O'Brien oversees the execution of debt capital markets transactions undertaken by the firm.
Prior to joining CCMP in 2000, Mr. O'Brien worked in the high-yield capital markets and banking groups at Chase Securities and Chemical Securities. Previously, he was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Bankers Trust. Prior to that, he was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. O'Brien holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Brien currently serves on the board of directors of CareMore Medical Enterprises, LHP Hospital Group, KRATON Polymers, Hanley Wood and National Surgical Care.
Mr. Richard Zannino is Lead Director Infogroup, and Managing Director for CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC. in the New York office and a member of the firm's Investment Committee.
Prior to joining CCMP in 2009, he was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Dow Jones & Company. Mr. Zannino led Dow Jones' business and cultural transformation from a newspaper publisher to a diversified media company, driven by operational improvements and $2.5 billion in acquisitions, organic growth investments, business restructuring and asset sales. These efforts resulted in eight consecutive quarters of double-digit earnings growth during 2006 and 2007 and culminated in the acquisition of Dow Jones by News Corporation in December 2007. He joined Dow Jones as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2001 before his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in July 2002 and to Chief Executive Officer and Director in February 2006.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, Mr. Zannino was Executive Vice President in charge of strategy, finance, M&A, technology, and a number of operating units at Liz Claiborne. He originally joined the company in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer. In 1998, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Signal, where he led the sale of that company. From 1993 until early 1998, he was at Saks Fifth Avenue, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the company's strategy, finance, business development, merchandise planning and technology and helped lead its successful IPO.
Mr. Zannino is currently a member of the board of directors of IAC, Estee Lauder, Francesca's Collections and Hanley Wood and a trustee of Pace University. He holds a B.S. in finance and economics from Bentley College, and an MBA in finance from Pace University.
