Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is President and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of targeted high-value sales and marketing data, customer and market intelligence and innovative digital engagement solutions. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup and a member of its Audit Committee since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman after becoming an Executive Advisor and Operating Executive at CCMP Capital.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Richard Hanks is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Infogroup.
Prior to this role, Richard Hanks was Chief Commercial Officer for the Enterprise Media Group of Dow Jones & Co Inc, a subsidiary of NewsCorp. In that role, he led the corporate and financial market verticals with responsibility for sales, marketing, and product strategy. Prior to that, Mr. Hanks was Chief Operating Officer of the Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group (EMG). Based in Princeton, New Jersey, Mr. Hanks was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the EMG Division, including all aspects of content operations, customer service, partners and alliances, commercial policy, and business infrastructure. Together with Dow Jones Finance, Mr. Hanks was responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the EMG portfolio of businesses.
Mr. Hanks was also Factiva's Chief Financial Officer from the company's inception in May 1999, before Dow Jones acquired it in December 2006. Overseeing a global finance department, Mr. Hanks and his team were responsible for forecasting and budgeting; acquisitions management; strategic alliances; financial planning; and analysis, tax, and treasury management. During this time, the organization achieved consistent growth in earnings every year, earning the confidence of the Joint Venture Board of Directors to invest further in the business.
Before this role, Mr. Hanks was the divisional Finance Director for the Corporate and Media Information Division of Reuters. Mr. Hanks also held senior finance positions with Pearson PLC and GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
Mr. Hanks is a Chartered Accountant and trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, specializing in corporate finance and reconstruction work. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University, England.
John Copenhaver has been President of Infogroup's Small Business Group since February 2010. He is responsible for leading the charge to provide customized turnkey solutions for small business clients.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Copenhaver was Senior Vice President of Infogroup's Subscription Group, from 2004 - 2010. During his tenure at Infogroup, he has led US Directories, Videoyellowpages.com, Catalog Sales, Major Accounts, Consumer Accounts and Corporate Teleservices. He has worked in these roles at Infogroup as Vice President or General Manager since 1995. Prior to joining Infogroup, Mr. Copenhaver was the Business-to-Business General Manager at ITI Marketing Services. He began his career at West Teleservices as a sales account executive in 1992, working his way up to branch manager in 1995.
Mr. Copenhaver attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Jim DeRouchey is President of Infogroup Licensing, which includes managing relationships with value-added resellers in a number of key verticals, including search, navigation, mobile, telematics, 411, analytics, direct marketing, and geographic information systems.
With extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships, he has worked at Infogroup for more than 18 years and has held numerous sales and leadership positions within the organization.
Mr. DeRouchey has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of South Dakota.
As President, Yesmail Interactive, Mr. Fisher leverages his experiences to spearhead the continued innovation and leadership of Yesmail’s email, mobile and social marketing applications. He is also responsible for leveraging Yesmail Interactive’s digital capabilities together with Infogroup’s data and interactive marketing capabilities to conceive and deploy integrated multichannel solutions to deliver outsized results for Infogroup clients.
Previously, Mr. Fisher was SVP Sales and Marketing, Americas for Alterian Software from 2008 to 2011 where he successfully built and managed the company’s North American sales team and during his tenure increased sales by more than 40% annually. Before Alterian, Mr. Fisher was at Epsilon as Vice President and General Manager, Financial Services where he developed and delivered integrated data and marketing solutions to clients in the financial services vertical. Mr. Fisher also worked at DoubleClick and Unisys Corporation
Mr. Fisher has a Masters of Arts, Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and BS, Communication from Illinois State University.
Philip Garlick is President of OneSource and is responsible for strategic direction, overall management, and business development. Previously, Mr. Garlick directed global sales and support, and for several years, he had overall responsibility for the management of OneSource's European operations.
Prior to joining OneSource, Mr. Garlick worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions for Wang UK and Grand Metropolitan.
Mr. Garlick has a master's degree in economics from Manchester University.
Winston King is General Counsel and Secretary for Infogroup and has been in that role since July 2010.
Mr. King previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Infogroup, which he joined in 2007. Prior to Infogroup, he was Counsel at WilmerHale, with a practice focusing (at various times) on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, regulatory compliance, and contested matters. Before WilmerHale, he was a clerk for the Honorable Bruce Selya, United States 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, and, prior to law school, was a legislative assistant to Senator Blanche Lincoln (then serving in the U.S. House of Representatives).
Mr. King holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and was the senior managing editor for Law Review and Order of the Coif. He also graduated cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
Mr. Patrick leads Infogroup’s Enterprise Marketing Solutions division and is responsible for product, marketing, go-to-market strategy, client account management, service delivery, technology and business P&L for Enterprise Marketing Solutions. He is also responsible for EMS Sales, Sales Strategy, Operations and Infogroup Services.
Mr. Patrick previously served as Senior Vice President – Managed Services at Alterian from April 2010 to August 2011. Prior to that, he was with Merkle from 1997-2010, most recently as the company’s Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Mr. Patrick has served as Vice President at JP Morgan.
Mr. Patrick holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Gemma Postlethwaite is President, SMG & Data Services for Infogroup. She is responsible for the growth and profitability of Infogroup's SMB and Licensing businesses. Gemma is also responsible for Data Strategy and Compilation which includes business P&L, brand and product management, sales to existing clients, new business development marketing and technology.
Before joining Infogroup, Ms. Postlethwaite worked for the Markets Division of Thomson Reuters, where she was Global Head of Alliance and Commercial Strategy in the Investment and Advisory Business Unit. Previously, Ms. Postlethwaite was Head of the Americas Investment Banking and Private Equity Business at Thomson Reuters where she led a team focused on the commercial operations of the business. Prior to this, she was Global Head of Desktop Product for Investment Banking and Private Equity for Thomson Financials Global Customer Segments. In this role, she was responsible for the flagship Thomson ONE investment Banking Desktop business..
Prior to working at Thomson and the merged Thomson Reuters organization, Ms. Postlethwaite worked at Analytx (UK) Ltd. in London as General Manager, Europe and Asia and at the Dow Chemical Company in Germany. Ms. Postlethwaite is a graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury.
Susie Robinson is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Management Team of Infogroup, since July 2010. She is responsible for the human resource strategy and operations of this 3,200-employee provider of data and interactive resources, which serves businesses in North America, the UK, and the Asia-Pacific region. Ms. Robinson's career has been built on broad functional expertise in compensation and benefits, recruiting and talent management, HR information systems, and labor relations. She has a successful record of driving top- and bottom-line business growth by executing innovative human resources strategies and talent initiatives in multicultural operations in 98 countries.
Before joining Infogroup, Ms. Robinson was Vice President of Human Resources and Member of the Executive Team of Dow Jones, a 6,200-employee, $1.8-billion publisher and information services enterprise with significant consumer and enterprise businesses.
Prior to that, she was recruited as Vice President to head human resources and labor relations in a turnaround of the $2.5-billion biotech, consumer health care, and research and development businesses of Wyeth, one of the world's largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.
Earlier, she was Chief Human Resources Officer for B. Braun Medical, a $1-billion global pharmaceutical and medical device company with 4,500 employees in North America and the Caribbean. Ms. Robinson received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the California State University at Fullerton. She has authored the chapter, Maximizing Your HR Efforts: Leading HR Executives on Increasing Employee Engagement, Ensuring Optimal Efficiency, and Creating a Culture of Recognition, in the book, Personal Progress: Successful HR Initiatives, published in 2009 by Aspatore Books.
Ms. Robinson is a member of Women in Media, a New York women's executive roundtable, and served as an executive sponsor of Women in Leadership, a 2007 Wyeth corporate diversity initiative. Ms. Robinson currently is a member of the Research Advisory Group of the Wharton Center for Human Resources, the Society for Human Resources Management, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Executive Council of the Human Resources Planning Society.
She also has professional affiliations with the Human Resources Planning Society, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Corporate Executive Board.
