Infogroup’s OneSource Releases Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) Enhancements to UK Version of its Award-Winning iSell® Sales Solution

Salesforce.com Integrated Version Now Includes Scheduled Mass Updates and Live Record Matching

(LONDON, UK) – September 21, 2011 – OneSource, an Infogroup company, today announced feature enhancements to the UK version of its award-winning iSell® sales solution, which improves sales productivity by optimising the sales prospecting process.  The latest updates provide enhanced ability for users to improve and maintain data integrity within their CRM. 

Salesforce.com CRM Administrators can dramatically improve the quality, accuracy and usefulness of data within the CRM by performing scheduled updates across all account and lead records in Salesforce, Additionally, administrators can perform live record matching, which allows them to automatically match & append new OneSource data such as revenue, SIC code and parent company to newly created records.  These changes allow Salesforce users to avoid creating duplicate leads and contacts, and to improve lead qualification and routing by appending critical data to the lead record.

OneSource iSell UK is powered by OneSource’s LiveContent Platform, which combines information from more than 50 premium content suppliers and thousands of information feeds including top social media sources. This allows iSell to go beyond simply aggregating information; it selects the most accurate data from each source so sales professional get the best content fused into a single record. As a result, an iSell UK contact profile can combine a biography from Infogroup with an email address from another service and a photo from a corporate website.
