Since 2011, Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino has been Chairman and CEO of Infogroup and has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010.
He served as the President and CEO of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as a dominant mobile technology player in North America. Prior, he was CEO of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
He also served as Epsilon’s CFO from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues. Prior, he was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after starting his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Iaccarino currently serves as Chairman of cxLoyalty (formerly Affinion Group), an Elliot Capital controlled loyalty solutions company and also serves on the Audit Committee.
Ed McCormick is Infogroup’s Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s human capital strategy as well as the leadership of Legal Counsel, Human Resources and Facilities functions. Mr. McCormick, in partnership with key business leaders, develops and implements strategic legal, facilities and people initiatives that help Infogroup achieve shareholder value.
Mr. McCormick held several senior executive positions prior to joining Infogroup. He led the HR function at Epsilon, a marketing and technology business with operations in North America, Asia, and Europe. His experience prior to Epsilon includes leadership roles at Alliance Data, AT&T, Acuity Brands, Frito-Lay, and Kraft Foods. Mr. McCormick joined Infogroup in 2009.
Mr. McCormick attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on a baseball scholarship where he earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Austin Owens serves as Chief Financial Officer of Infogroup and oversees all aspects of accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions and treasury functions. He serves as a strategic partner to senior management to ensure that key business priorities are aligned with long-term value creation. During his time at Infogroup, Austin has been heavily involved in numerous cross-functional initiatives including refinement of financial and operational reporting, corporate restructuring and cost management programs, acquisition framework creation and deal execution, corporate debt refinancing and other strategic and business development initiatives. Austin joined Infogroup in 2014.
Prior to Infogroup, Austin held various roles at Dell where he was responsible for strategic planning initiatives and streamlining financial reporting for the North America sales unit. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from Montana State University. Austin is also a CFA charterholder.
Rohit Chowdhury manages data strategy and operations for Infogroup, leading a team of 300 plus people. He oversees the creation and delivery of all proprietary data assets for the company and has over 15 years of extensive Infogroup database expertise.
Prior to this role, Rohit managed over 100 partnerships, building and growing alliances in domestic and international markets. He was also responsible for development of all proprietary database models and products such as GeoDNA, TargetReady, InfoPersona, and more. Additionally, he directed the sourcing and assimilating of high quality raw data to fuel Infogroup’s business and consumer data products. Furthermore, Rohit contributed to the company’s digital strategy as well as being instrumental in deploying Infogroup’s data assets into the digital ecosystem to be utilized for display, mobile, retargeting and more.
Prior to joining Infogroup Rohit worked in corporate brand management for a sizeable hotel chain, as well as a full-service advertising firm. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University and his BA in Economics from Delhi University, India.
Tom Zawacki manages digital strategy and product innovation for Infogroup. He leads vision, planning, development, and execution of next level solutions that provide transformational results for the company’s client base.
Tom is an accomplished business leader, motivator and innovator with 25 years’ experience in digital marketing. Prior to Infogroup, Tom was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy/Innovation & Commercial operations for Rocket Fuel, Inc. During his time there, he led several business, innovation and client strategy teams and helped to secure multimillion dollar partnerships with Fortune 500 clients across key verticals such as CPG, Auto, Finance, Travel, and Technology. He also headed up an industry-first integration between Rocket Fuel artificial intelligence and IBM Watson. Previous to RockFuel, Tom was Senior Vice President of Programmatic Marketing at XPlusOne where he developed corporate brand positioning and market strategy for XPlusOne platform and attribution capabilities, and oversaw the start-up, management and growth of the company’s West coast operations. Prior to those positions, he founded Lemonade Inc., a social commerce company and G4 Consulting LLC, a strategic marketing firm focused on delivering innovative ideas to FORTUNE 1000 brands.
In 2015 Tom was named Strategic Partner of the Year by Mazda. He was named TIME Magazine/CNN Website of the Year in 2007, and 1998 Internet Marketer of the Year. Tom holds a BA in Anthropology from Princeton University.
As Chief Technology Officer, Jonathan oversees infrastructure and security for both Infogroup and Yes Marketing. He leads IT operations management, data processing development, cloud operations and security functions. Jonathan joined Infogroup in 2016 as Vice President of Infrastructure.
Prior to Infogroup, Jonathan was Senior Vice President of Information Services at Grand Circle Travel and Overseas Adventure where he was responsible for all IT functions including contact center technologies, reservation systems and Adobe Campaign marketing systems as well as in-house and small boat systems. Prior to Grand Circle Travel, he was Director of Infrastructure Services at EBSCO Industries where he oversaw IT operations for a SaaS based solution of reference databases focused on the educational and medical markets and managed a diverse group of network and data administrators. He is also experienced in systems engineering, disaster recovery solutions, project management and business continuity planning.
Jonathan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Northeastern University.
Matt Higgins is Chief Technology Officer of Data Axle®, Infogroup’s real-time local data platform. He is responsible for leading all development efforts and platform technology decisions. Data Axle incorporates over 56 million Business records with enhanced content.
Matt was instrumental with the design and development of the fulfillment and search technologies that power Data Axle while at Go Time Corporation, which Infogroup acquired in February 2012. After the acquisition, Matt focused his efforts on integrating Data Axle with Infogroup’s data sets and scaling the services to meet a broad range of customer needs. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
David serves as President of Yes Marketing. David spent 15 years at Epsilon, a leading marketing services provider, as President of Purple@Epsilon. While at Epsilon, he was responsible for managing their agency, strategic consulting, and analytic businesses. During his tenure there, he was part of the leadership team that successfully grew the company from $20mm to over $500mm in annual revenue.
Prior to Epsilon, David worked for seven years for Westvaco in the operations management group. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1981, and his MBA from Mercer University in 1992.
Mark Cullinane is the president of Local Marketing Solutions at Infogroup. Cullinane is an accomplished senior executive with leadership experience in multiple industries including digital advertising, consumer internet, gaming, technology services, and software. He brings a track record of success in results-focused leadership and building high-growth businesses. Cullinane joins Infogroup from Publishers Clearing House where he was senior vice president and general manager of Digital. Prior to his position at Publishers Clearing House, Cullinane was senior vice president of Digital at GSN Games, a leading provider of cross-platform entertainment.
Cullinane graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy as valedictorian and received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Andrew serves as President of Enterprise Solutions. Prior to joining Infogroup, he held several executive roles at Sizmek where he was instrumental in revenue growth, new product development, and strategic partnership and channel expansion. Prior to Sizmek, Bloom served as vice president of agency sales and partnership development at Spot Runner. Prior to Spot Runner, he held senior positions at Getty Images and The Accelerator Group, a New York-based technology incubator. He has over 20 years of global experience in high growth public and start-up companies in the digital content, advertising and technology sectors.
Andrew holds a BA in Law and Geography from the University of Cambridge. He has a number of board experiences including: a multi-year board director role representing Sizmek’s investment in Adagoo, an Israeli based technology company providing brand safety and verification capabilities; a multi-year technology board role on the Internet Advertising Bureau’s Technology Advisory Board where he was responsible for setting and reviewing industry wide self-regulatory policies; and an advisory role on the customer advisory board for Appnexus, a leading advertising technology platform.
Stephanie is President, of Infogroup’s Nonprofit Solutions, overseeing all aspects of nonprofit services, products, and solutions. She is highly focused and dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations by providing data and data services to grow their donor and member support, through direct marketing channels. Her contributions to the industry include co-chairing the Education Committee of the 6th Annual Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Conference in Washington DC, and long-term involvement as a Board member of the New York-based Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association, including one term as its President. In 2018 she was named Marketer of the Year by the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association.
Stephanie joined Infogroup in February of 2007 as a Sales Director with Infogroup-owned Triplex, a data processing division focused exclusively on the nonprofit vertical. Prior to joining Infogroup, she led account management teams at both Merkle, Inc. and Epsilon. Stephanie is an active fundraiser on behalf of her undergraduate alma mater, Wellesley College, in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Jeff is Senior Vice President and General Manager of B2B Solutions. He brings to the role over 25 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. He oversees and leads B2B list management, list brokerage, business and product development. Jeff’s deep knowledge and expertise in the marketplace allow him to truly connect with his team and clients to deliver optimal integrated marketing solutions. Jeff joined Infogroup in 2012.
Prior to Infogroup, Jeff served as Senior Vice President of Sales at MARDEV-DM2 and as Sales Director at Reed Business Information. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
Charles is an accomplished senior level executive with a record of improving results for nationally recognized commercial and nonprofit brands. Prior to joining Infogroup, He served as a top executive at PMX Agency for over 20 years, leading account management and acquisition planning, directing client strategy, new product launches, and staff development. Charles began his career at Boardroom, Inc. as director of list management services. He is recognized as an innovative industry leader with significant accomplishments in the field. Charles joined Infogroup in 2016.
Michael Milton oversees the corporate data science team in the implementation of best current algorithms and technology to improve the quality and variety of data products and customer outcomes across all business units. Michael led the AI transformation of Infogroup’s Apogee product, enabling a wide variety of nonprofit and political organizations to achieve superior performance from targeted acquisition lists. In this role, he provisioned the infrastructure, procured the data, and trained a team to execute AI models.
Michael joined Infogroup via Anne Lewis Strategies, where he led the technology team that supported winning fundraising campaigns during the 2018 mid-term elections. At ALS, he directed the execution of a wide variety of agency services including web development, CRM integrations and migrations, custom app development, and email development, segmentation, execution, and deliverability.
He is a fluent practitioner of Apache Spark, Google TensorFlow, and Amazon Web Services. Michael earned a BA in Philosophy from New College of Florida and an MAR in Religious Ethics from Yale University. He has written two books published by O’Reilly Media.
Brad Wamsley is the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales. In this role, Brad focuses on growing Infogroup’s presence in existing verticals, expanding the existing client base in key growth areas, and strengthening channel relationships with Adobe, Salesforce, and Oracle.
Prior to joining Infogroup, Brad served as Vice President of New Business and Vice President of Growth Markets at Harte Hanks, where he built and led a 75+ person team that was responsible for approximately Enterprise 160 accounts and $175 million in annual revenues.
Brad is an AFSA Distinguished Service Award recipient for exemplary long-term service to this national trade association. He earned a B.S. in Marketing from West Virginia University and B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
