The word “custom” evokes exclusivity. However, “custom” no longer needs to mean “expensive" when it comes to procuring custom analytics. All companies need custom analytics to better promote sales growth and customer retention. And in today's data-driven market, custom analytics aren’t just for companies with bank-breaking budgets. Many companies confuse having more data with having better data, however 'more' raw data doesn’t give you more insight and it doesn't provide you with the information your organization needs to drive sales.
